Who is responsible

Wall Office is run by Christopher Wall. For anything to do with your information, write to walloffice@gmail.com.

What is collected

Only what you choose to send through the enquiry form: your name, company or brand, email address, what you need help with, an approximate budget and timeline, and your message.

The site does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to scope and deliver the work. The basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, and a legitimate interest in answering messages sent to the studio.

Your details are never sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Enquiries are delivered by email to walloffice@gmail.com. Depending on how the form is configured, a message is either sent through the email delivery service Resend, or handed to your own email app to send. The website is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs.

How long it is kept

For as long as is needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and then deleted. You can ask for it to be deleted sooner at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent, or object to how it is used, by writing to walloffice@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the CNIL in France or to the data protection authority where you live.
